We offer a variety of handmade leather goods. Each piece is crafted with care and attention to detail.
WHAT TYPE OF LEATHER DO YOU USE?
The leather is sourced from local Toronto suppliers and is 100% genuine cow and lambskin leather. It is always a by-product of the agricultural industry.
WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE?
All current products are handmade in Toronto.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY LEATHER ITEMS?
To keep your leather goods in top condition, avoid exposing them to excessive moisture. Use a soft, dry cloth to clean them, and apply a leather conditioner every few months to maintain their suppleness.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay. All transactions are secure and encrypted.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
All items are made to order and will be shipped within 6- 8 weeks. Shipping times vary based on location but typically take 3-7 business days within Canada. For international orders, please allow additional time.

Standard shipping rate options are selected at checkout. Please allow additional days for delivery outside Canada and US. Once your order is prepped for shipping, a follow-up email will be sent with shipping information and tracking.

DO YOU OFFER RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?
Yes. If you're not happy with your item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt to discuss returns or exchanges. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note for all returns, a fee will be deducted from the refund for restocking.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCEPTIONS/NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on custom orders, sale items, or gift cards.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@room4044.com.
WHAT IF MY ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED?
We take great care in packaging our products, but if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
